How quotation requests are sent
The quotation form opens the visitor's email application and prepares a message addressed to sales@linguitechnology.com. The website does not store the form contents and does not claim that a message was sent; delivery is completed only when the visitor reviews the message and presses Send in their email application.
Data and purpose
The email may include professional name, work email, company, country, role, product or project requirements, destination and requested documents. We use it to review the requirement, prepare a quotation and respond to the inquiry. The website does not request payment data or government identity documents.
Access and processing
Access is limited to authorized business and sales personnel. A locally operated AI employee system may read incoming mail to create a reminder, classification and reply draft. It does not automatically send a reply on the company's behalf.
Retention and rights
Inquiry records are retained only as needed to handle the request and maintain legitimate business records. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to sales@linguitechnology.com.
Usage analytics
Google Analytics loads only when a valid measurement ID is configured and the visitor grants consent. Names, email addresses, companies and form contents are not sent to analytics.
